User data deletion

This page explains how to delete personal data Ara44 collected, including data from Facebook Login and WhatsApp Business connections. Use this URL as the Meta “Data deletion instructions URL.”

Effective date: September 29, 2026 · Operator: Ara44

1. Request deletion from Ara44

You can ask Ara44 to delete personal data associated with your account at any time.

  • Email privacy@ara44.com from the address on your account and write “Delete my Ara44 data”.
  • Or disconnect WhatsApp from Workforce → WhatsApp, then email us to delete the remaining account.
  • We will confirm when deletion is complete, usually within 30 days, unless a shorter period is required by law.

2. Request deletion from Facebook / Meta

If you connected WhatsApp Business or authorized the Ara44 Meta app, you can also request deletion from Facebook:

Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites → Ara44 → Remove → Request data deletion.

Meta then calls our data-deletion callback. We disconnect your WhatsApp Business number, delete stored access tokens, and remove WhatsApp conversation data tied to that connection. We return a confirmation code you can check on the status page.

3. What we delete

  • WhatsApp Business connection credentials (tokens, phone number IDs, WABA IDs) stored for your account.
  • WhatsApp conversation history Ara44 stored for that connection.
  • Facebook user identifier used to match Meta’s deletion callback.
  • On a full account-deletion request: profile details, workforce records, and other personal data we hold, except information we must keep for legal, tax, or security reasons.

Deleting Meta/WhatsApp data does not automatically close your Ara44 login. Email us if you also want the Ara44 account removed.

4. What we may retain

We may keep limited records needed to prove we honored the request (confirmation code, timestamp, and Facebook user id hashed or stored for audit), to resolve disputes, or to comply with law. Backups are purged on a rolling schedule.

5. Check a Meta confirmation code

After you request deletion from Facebook, Meta shows a confirmation code. Open the status page and enter that code, or use the link we return to Meta.

Check a confirmation code: Data deletion status.
